About the building

Since 1965, RYM was home to popular Hoover Wheel Alignment. Maven CRE acquired the building in October 2017 with strategic vision to redevelop the site using CRE standards and fundamentals for “highest and best use”. Beginning in spring of 2019, Maven CRE along with its development North Bay Companies, will redevelop the site into a 4-story, 56-unit micro apartment building with 4,000 SF of “maker space” with garage style entrance doors on street level. The apartments will contain built-in modular furniture, towering 12’ ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed circular duct-work. Along with 25 street-level off-street parking stalls, the building will contain a “living green wall” on the building’s south elevation. Maven CRE is proud to contribute to Minneapolis’ Como Neighborhood renaissance and offer new state of the art modern housing to the community.
